Course Description

This is an 8-week, first time ever, interactive group learning experience with The GAPS Chef™, Monica Corrado. It is meant to teach you everything you need to know to do the Intro Diet of the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome™) diet with ease and understanding.

Monica Corrado, MA, CNC, CGP, The GAPS Chef™  is a teaching chef, Certified Nutrition Consultant, and Certified GAPS Practitioner. Monica is passionate about illuminating the connection between food and well-being. She is a dynamic teacher, speaker, consultant, and author who lives to share the tools, knowledge and inspiration to cook nourishing, traditional food. Monica has been teaching food as medicine throughout the US for more than 25 years after many years in sustainable food sourcing and preparation, menu design and management. She is a member of the Honorary Board of the Weston A. Price Foundation, and teaches traditional food cooking in her own Cooking for Well-Being Teacher Training program, which she started in 2012. Monica is a member of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride's GAPS Training teaching team, lead faculty teaching cooking for the GAPS Diet. She enjoys empowering others by teaching them how to heal a leaky gut through food via the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) protocol and nourishing, traditional food. Monica developed the first cooking classes for the GAPS diet, and has written several books, including her 2nd Edition of The Complete Cooking Techniques for the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome™) Diet.
